Booking an appointment

Booking with us takes just a few minutes.

Sign in first. You'll need to sign in with Google or a one-time email link before booking. This keeps your appointments private and lets you manage them later.

Approval & confirmation

After you submit, there are two possible outcomes:

Either way, you'll always get an email with your booking status. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Tracking your appointment

You can check on your booking at any time:

Your appointment detail page shows the current status, any messages from the shop, and pickup information once your instrument is ready.

Messaging

Once your booking is submitted, you can send and receive messages directly through your appointment page. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the booking site after you've signed in.

Messages are also sent by email — you can reply to any email we send and we'll see it in our inbox.

Pickup

When your instrument is ready, we'll send you a message and an email with your pickup date and time. You'll also see it on your appointment page.

After pickup is scheduled, you'll receive an invoice by email summarizing the work done and the cost.

Cancelling an appointment

To cancel, reply to any of your booking emails or send us a message through your appointment page. If you need to reach us urgently, you can also use the contact information on your invoice.

Slots fill up quickly. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so another customer can take your spot.

Invoice & payment

After your work is complete, you'll receive an invoice by email. The invoice includes a breakdown of the work, the total amount due, and payment information including a Venmo link where applicable.

If you'd like a PDF copy of your invoice, visit your appointment page and use your browser's Print or Save as PDF option.
